What You'll Do
- Provide occupational therapy services under the supervision of physical therapists in a long-term care setting
- Employ therapeutic interventions including exercises, massage, gait, and balance training
- Record and monitor patients' progress and report results to supervising therapists
- Assist in developing individualized treatment plans for each patient
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient recovery and well-being
- Maintain accurate documentation of all treatments and patient responses
What You Need
- Valid occupational therapy license/certification
- Prior experience in long-term care or clinical settings preferred
- Strong patient care and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
