The Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) is responsible for assisting and supporting the Director of Nursing with the overall clinical management of the facility. Walk-ins are welcome daily! Exceptional Corporate Support. Qualifications for Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) : Valid Texas Nurse License. Valid CPR Certification. Minimum of one year of experience in a supervisory capacity in a hospital, skilled nursing facility, or other related healthcare program. Education, training, experience, or certification in infection control and prevention. Must possess knowledge of long-term care operational standards as set forth in the Federal Register, Conditions of Participation and State regulations.
