Estimator/Project Manager – Fire Sprinkler Systems
Los Angeles, CA
Direct Hire | Full‑Time
Start ASAP We’re hiring an experienced Estimator / Sales Project Manager with a strong background in fire sprinkler systems to manage projects from estimate through closeout. Fire sprinkler estimating & PM experience is REQUIRED. What You’ll Do:
Estimate and manage fire sprinkler installations Review drawings, contracts, specs, and change orders Perform hydraulic, pipe sizing, hydrant, and seismic calculations Coordinate with GC’s, field, and design teams Track budgets, labor, materials, RFIs, and change orders Manage multiple projects while maintaining schedules and profitability What We’re Looking For:
Proven fire sprinkler estimating & project management experience Strong knowledge of fire protection drawings and construction documents Proficiency in Microsoft Office AutoCAD / Revit experience is a plus Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills Compensation & Benefits:
