Responsibilities Perform a variety of aesthetic treatments including facials, chemical peels, and microdermabrasion. Consult with clients to assess their skincare needs and recommend appropriate services. Maintain a clean and organized treatment area to ensure a safe and welcoming environment. Stay updated on the latest skincare trends and techniques to provide innovative solutions. Build strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business. Educate clients on post-treatment care and skincare products. Assist in promoting spa services and retail products to maximize sales. Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities. Requirements Valid state license or certification in aesthetics or cosmetology. Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a spa or medical aesthetics environment. Strong knowledge of skincare products and treatment options. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Passion for helping clients achieve their skincare goals. Professional demeanor and a commitment to client satisfaction.
