We Offer: Scalable pay model with competitive compensation Comfortable, furnished offices and a supportive clinic environment Comprehensive benefits, including flexible scheduling, CEUs, and an inclusive workplace Centralized administrative support, technology, referral support, scheduling, and client/therapist matching A company culture rooted in creativity, humor, compassion, acceptance, determination, and authenticity Responsibilities: Evaluate mental health diagnoses, create, implement, and maintain treatment plans, and complete ongoing documentation Provide exceptional customer service and collaborate with a dynamic team to further our mission of filling gaps in the community Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed their goals Prepare and submit individual documentation per company guidelines and protocols Maintain a caseload of a minimum of 25 client visits per week for full-time status Attend and participate in clinical staff meetings and trainings Qualifications: Master’s degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university Candidates should have clinical licensure (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT) or be a Registered Intern.
