Senior Accounting Manager - FULLY REMOTE, 10% BONUS, GREAT TEAM!

Overview LHH (Atlanta) is partnering with a nationally recognized leader in the retail and services industry that continues to grow rapidly through strategic acquisitions and innovative offerings. They’re seeking a Senior Accounting Manager to oversee the accounting operations of a $150M division within their $500M+ enterprise. In this fully remote role, you’ll lead a team of 3–4 accounting professionals and play a key role in financial reporting, process improvement, and strategic planning. Responsibilities Lead and oversee the monthly close process, ensuring all financial reporting deadlines are met with accuracy and GAAP compliance. Prepare, review, and approve complex journal entries and account reconciliations, ensuring completeness and accuracy of financial data across all entities within the division. Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and general ledger functions, with a focus on internal controls and process efficiency. Support the preparation and consolidation of annual budgets and rolling forecasts, providing variance analysis and insights to senior leadership. Collaborate with external auditors during financial and compliance audits, serving as the key point of contact and ensuring documentation is delivered accurately and on time. Identify and implement process improvements and systems enhancements to strengthen operational efficiency, scalability, and reporting capabilities, particularly within NetSuite and other integrated platforms. Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing accounting team, fostering accountability, continuous learning, and professional growth. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required; CPA preferred 7+ years of progressive accounting experience Proven leadership experience managing teams Background in inventory-driven environments (retail and/or service experience preferred) Strong ERP system experience (NetSuite preferred) Must currently reside in the Atlanta metro area (local candidates only) Base salary up to $140,000 10% annual bonus Fully remote / work-from-home flexibility Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, and more #J-18808-Ljbffr LHH
