Overview Become a Part‑Time Retail Sales Associate for Samsung Electronics America (SEA). You will represent Samsung at BestBuy, promoting phones, tablets, wearables, and other devices, and delivering first‑rate customer service. You should be passionate about technology and skilled at building customer relationships. Key Responsibilities Drive sell‑out of Samsung mobile products and services using conversational consulting sales techniques. Uncover and understand customer needs and recommend suitable Samsung products. Build confidence in Samsung products for both BestBuy employees and customers. Build strong partnerships with BestBuy staff to drive key initiatives and goals. Meet or exceed personal store sales goals on a monthly basis. Provide excellent customer and client service to customers and BestBuy employees. Maintain retail brand standards through merchandising, security, installation, and cleanliness. Complete display resets and new product launch setups. Complete daily reporting on sales performance and retail insights. Performance Measurements Regular and prompt attendance. Daily accurate reporting. Meet or exceed established monthly/weekly sales quotas/goals. Customer/client satisfaction. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Six months prior sales, retail, telecom or marketing experience preferred. Demonstrated knowledge of products and services. Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills. Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Availability to work evenings, weekends and high‑demand retail holidays. Ability to maintain customer confidentiality. Compensation and Benefits Hourly pay $18.00 per hour, varying by location and experience. Next‑day pay on-demand with DailyPay. Paid training (online, at home via computer or mobile device). Apparel provided. Company provided tablet or phone. Exciting work environment and ongoing training and development. Scheduled during high traffic times, including weekends (required), weekdays, and some holidays.
