NONEL Manufacturing Operator Temporary

Manufacturing Operator (Temporary through September 30, 2026) Wolf Lake, IL Starting Pay: $28.55 per hour. Shift differential: $1.00 per hour on 2nd shift. Incentive bonus for working through September 30, 2026. This position will safely and efficiently manufacture a quality product by hand and with an automated system. It is also responsible for properly stocking manufacturing areas and preparing products for shipping. What You’ll Do Manufacture a quality NONEL product. Focus on improving safety and quality while minimizing impact on current production. Properly stock manufacturing areas and prepare products for shipping. Complete proper documentation and balances while maintaining a clean and organized work area. Attend all Health and Safety training relevant to the job and apply what is learned to the work. Promote implementation of industry best practices, pursue elimination of waste, and support initiatives in manufacturing. Demonstrate and/or lead commitment to achieving Zero Harm through behavioral based safety. Ensure compliance with applicable HSE performance standards, objectives and regulations. What We’re Looking For High School Diploma or GED preferred. Manufacturing experience preferred – on‑the‑job training is provided. Must be able to work 1st or 2nd shift. Must be 21 years of age or older. Must have a valid driver’s license. Must be willing to undergo and pass an ATF background check as required to be a possessor of explosives. Ability to communicate with others effectively verbally. Must be able to stand, sit, squat, bend, and walk throughout the entire shift. Must be capable of lifting up to 38 lbs and pushing/pulling 15 lbs. Ability to wear and care for applicable personal protective equipment (e.g., safety glasses, shoes, gloves) as required by site specific requirements.
