This full-time, onsite contract role offers the chance to work directly with a diverse student population, providing essential speech-language or physical therapy services in a school setting. You’ll be supporting students' growth and success throughout the school year, collaborating with educators and building strong relationships in the school community.

Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid licensure as an SLP or PT in Pennsylvania
• Previous experience working in a school setting is required
• Demonstrated background working with high school-aged students
• Proven ability to thrive in an urban educational environment
• Reliable transportation to ensure punctuality and consistent attendance
• Must be able to complete all Pennsylvania state clearances prior to start
• Comfortable working exclusively onsite—remote accommodations are not available
• Availability to work between 7:15 AM and 4:00 PM; schedule flexibility is not an option

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct therapy services to high school students as outlined in their IEPs
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to ensure a supportive educational experience
• Maintain accurate records and progress reports in compliance with school and state guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal planning
• Uphold professional standards while adapting to the dynamic needs of an urban school environment
