Let’s talk. Make your move. Responsibilites Managers lead shifts every week to ensure customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience. Assess and manage assigned systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management. Set goals, delegate tasks, follow up, and report results to teams and other managers. Ensure the Guest Service Department runs smoothly, training staff, coordinating sales promotions, and keeping the Front Counter, McCafé, and Drive‑Thru organized. Guarantee kitchen quality, speed, food safety, cost control, and staff training on new menu items. Recruit, train, and schedule qualified crew to meet sales and profit goals, while motivating and recognizing team members. Qualifications Previous managerial experience preferred, ideally within restaurant, retail, or hospitality environments. Positive team player with flexible schedule and enthusiasm for fast‑paced work. Must be 18 years or older.
