This position will partner with field and corporate sales, purchasing, and other internal stakeholders to understand and deliver contract needs. This position is part of the Contract Administration department and will be hybrid in one of the following locations: Loveland, CO; Glen Allen, VA; Wood Dale, IL or London, ON (Canada). In this role, a typical day will look like: Review, draft, redline, negotiate, and manage a broad range of contracts and amendments. Partner with internal stakeholders to move agreements from intake through execution with speed and sound judgment. Identify contractual risks, recommend practical solutions, and escalate non-standard issues when needed. Manage multiple agreements simultaneously while maintaining quality, accuracy, and responsiveness. Support continuous improvement of contract processes, templates, and reporting. Use contract tools, workflows and AI technology to maintain clean records, visibility, and follow-through on obligations. The essential requirements of the job include Bachelor’s and Juris Doctor degrees required 4–5+ years of experience in business law with emphasis in contract drafting, negotiation, and review, or a related field Experience reviewing, revising, negotiating, and summarizing commercial contracts, including customer and supplier agreements Experience with contractual, indemnification, and insurance concepts. Experience with document tracking / contract lifecycle management systems and AI technology. This range may be modified in the future. An associate’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. The compensation range for this role is $95,000 - $105,000 CAD per year. This job is also eligible for bonus pay. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, and medical/dental/vision insurance and RSP to eligible employees. Note: No amount of pay is considered to be wages or compensation until such amount is earned, vested, and determinable. The amount and availability of any bonus, commission, benefits, or any other form of compensation and benefits that are allocable to a particular employee remains in the Company's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified at the Company’s sole discretion, consistent with the law. US ONLY: The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. The compensation range for this role is $100,000 - $110,000 USD per year. This job is also eligible for Bonus Pay. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
