What You'll Do

• Partner with primary care providers to deliver integrated behavioral health services.
• Provide brief, evidence-based interventions including CBT, Behavioral Activation, Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Interpersonal Therapy.
• Assess patients, develop short-term treatment plans, monitor progress, and coordinate referrals when appropriate.
• Support patients of all ages through collaborative, whole-person care.

What We're Looking For

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related behavioral health field.
• Active New Mexico license (LCSW, LMSW, LPCC, LMHC, LMFT, or LAMFT).
• Passion for collaborative, patient-centered care.
