Play Therapy Roles Available Work directly with children, teens, and families using play-based and experiential models Require 31 hours of availability; no evening or weekend availability required Must hold or be eligible to apply for Masters level license in New Mexico LMHC or LPCC LMSW or LCSW AMFT or LMFT What You’ll Do Conduct assessments and develop individualized play-based treatment plans Provide experiential, evidence-based, trauma-informed play therapy Create a safe, expressive therapeutic space for children and families Collaborate with peers and supervisors to strengthen clinical skills Complete documentation in compliance with ethical and regulatory standards Contribute to a team that values your emotional, clinical, and personal wellbeing Licensure & Hourly Rate LMHC / LMSW / AMFT: $40–$50/hr plus $10/hr weekend differential LPCC / LCSW / LMFT: $50–$65/hr plus $10/hr weekend differential Qualifications Eligible for Masters level license in New Mexico LMHC, LPCC, LMSW, LCSW, AMFT, or LMFT Temporary or provisional licenses are welcome Benefits Paid training and certifications in Experiential Play Therapy, Trauma-Focused Play Approaches, Attachment-based Models (including Circle of Security), and additional evidence-based practices Paid CEUs Weekly supervision and ongoing clinical support W-2 position with paid admin time, supervision, training, PTO, and full benefits Paid training time Paid sick leave Paid admin time & supervision Paid leave after 1 year of employment Relocation assistance for out-of-state relocation 10k life insurance (no cost to you) Gym membership discount BRIGHT Values Be the Example Relationships First Talk with Clarity Additional Professional Growth Opportunities to grow personally and professionally as a play therapist #J-18808-Ljbffr
