Accounts Receivable Clerk

Location: Plymouth, MN – Local Minnesota candidates only Benefits: This position is eligible for Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401(k) Job Description: We are partnering with a growing organization in Plymouth to identify an AR Clerk to support day-to-day accounts receivable and accounting activities. This is a great opportunity for someone with some accounting, billing, or administrative experience who is detail-oriented, organized, and looking to continue building their accounting experience. Responsibilities: Assist with accounts receivable and daily cash application activities Process and post customer payments accurately and timely Assist with customer invoicing and account maintenance Research payment discrepancies and outstanding balances Maintain accurate customer and transaction records Respond to internal and external questions related to invoices and payments Support account reconciliations and other accounting activities as needed Assist the accounting team with additional projects and administrative tasks Requirements: Previous accounting, accounts receivable, billing, or related administrative experience preferred Strong attention to detail and accuracy Comfortable working with numbers and financial information Basic Microsoft Excel skills Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to learn new systems and processes Must be local to Minnesota Why choose Addison Finance & Accounting?
