We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Physician Assistant with Women's Health experience who is passionate about building meaningful patient relationships in a collaborative outpatient setting. Position Highlights 100% outpatient practice - no hospital responsibilities Focus exclusively on women's health services Monday-Friday schedule with no weekends No in-clinic holiday coverage Shared phone call responsibilities (approximately one week per month) Supportive, team-based environment with strong clinical resources Opportunity to build long-term relationships with patients Clinical Responsibilities Perform comprehensive women's health evaluations and preventive care visits Conduct annual well-woman exams and health screenings Manage contraception counseling and family planning services Evaluate and treat common gynecologic conditions Provide prenatal and postpartum support as appropriate Educate patients on wellness, disease prevention, and healthy lifestyle practices Collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams Patient Volume Realistic daily schedule of 11-14 patients Gradual growth opportunities with a target of up to 25 patients per day Qualifications Active California Physician Assistant license (or eligibility to obtain) Prior Women's Health experience strongly preferred Experience in OB/GYN, family medicine with a women's health focus, or related specialties welcomed Strong communication and relationship-building skills Collaborative, patient-centered approach to care Compensation & Benefits Competitive compensation package Sign-on bonus negotiable based on experience Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits Malpractice insurance provided 40 hours of CME time annually $2,500 annual CME allowance Paid time off and additional employee benefits If you're looking for an opportunity to practice meaningful women's healthcare while maintaining an excellent work-life balance in Southern California, we'd love to connect with youaa415a4b-8b21-40fc-a65c-70d2b25ca29a
