The Senior Field Marketing Specialist is responsible for planning, executing and optimising integrated marketing programs that strengthen brand awareness, drive demand and support revenue growth across diverse industries across EMEA. A fast-paced role, you will work closely with many business stakeholders such as Sales, Industry Advisors and the Partnerships team in a dynamic global marketing function. Together, we will take great pride in orchestrating engaging campaigns, ABM, and curated event experiences for our clients. As the ultimate partner for Sales, the ideal candidate is a strategic marketeer with strong execution capabilities, commercial acumen and proven experience in delivering measurable marketing outcomes in a B2B technology or professional services environment. The successful candidate will also have a real passion for client engagement and a tenacious energy to design and execute diverse programs and experiences that truly deepen our clients trust in Endava. Job Description Field Marketing Strategy & Execution Develop and execute regional field marketing plansfor North America,aligned with Endava's commercial priorities and businessobjectives. Design integrated marketing campaigns that combine digital marketing, events, content, ABM,andpartnermarketingto engagethe C-Suite audience across our clients. Collaborate with Sales leadership toidentifytarget accounts, market opportunities, and campaign priorities, partnering with the global marketing function to execute. Tailor global marketing initiatives to regional market needswhereappropriatewhilemaintainingbrand consistency. Ensure marketing activities align with industry,accountand regional growth strategies. Optimise all marketing activities and programs to ensurestrong demand and pipeline generation and ROI industry benchmarks are achieved. Sales & Stakeholder Collaboration Build strong relationships with regional Sales leaders, ClientPartnersandIndustry leaders. Act as the primary marketing advisor forteams across North Americaand the partner that helps Sales drive conversion of MQLs into closed won business. Align marketing investments with commercial priorities and business developmentobjectives. Support executive engagement programs and strategic client initiatives. Whilst accountable for North Americamarketing,you’llenjoy being an active member of the global marketing community, provideexpertiseand input that shapes global campaigns and ABM initiatives. Share and contribute to marketing best practice globally, such as AI-enabled execution, curating VIP client experiences etc. Distinct accountabilities across EMEA will include: Campaign Management:Play a key role in helping to design global campaigns, agree target accounts with sales, provide regional adaptations in messaging/contentand orchestrating the hand-off of leads to Sales to drive conversion. Business Development Resources/Agency:Working with our global marketing function, you will play a critical rolein managing the hand-over of BANT verified leads to your Sales colleagues, supporting them on follow-up and reporting back to the team and agency on the lead quality to ensure maximum ROI. ABM: Joining forces with our global marketing team, as we scale our 1:1,1:few,1:manyABM model globally, you will play a critical role in account selection, ABMactivationand personalised content. Events: Global, RegionalPartner andIndustry EventsasCurated Experiences:Endava has a significant presence across keypartner andindustry events globally. For Global events, you will partner with our global team toorchestrate and execute these events in the North Americaregion. For regional events, you will lead the event strategy, activationapproachandclient experience. In addition, Endava willhosta series of Roundtables,CSuiteevents for their clients across all industries, many of which jointly hosted with world-class technology partners.Across all three dimensions, you and the wider North Americateam will play a critical role in delivering a VIP experience for clients throughout. Regional Communications, Client Stories and PR :Partnering with your Regional Communications Leader, you will play a key role inbuilding and publishing a strong pipeline of client stories, thought leadership content andPR stories to drive increased market and brand awareness.In the region,you’llhelp tofacilitateclient partner and client engagement, partnering with content writers andfacilitatinglocal filming. Client advocacy: As we buildpositive momentum of externally published client transformation stories, you will helpdrive integrated client advocacy initiatives, such as client hosted panels, speakers at industry events etc, all aimed to elevate the reputation of our clients and Endava second. Social: Work with our global social media teamto drive best practice on local social channels and audience management, supporting the team with local content/stories and drive local amplification with regional sales. Performance Measurement: Track,analyse and report campaign performance using CRM and marketing automation platformssuch asHubspot.Monitor key performance indicatorsincluding:Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs),Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs),Pipeline influenced,Pipeline generated,Opportunity conversion,Event ROI,Campaign engagement.As a team, you willproduce regular reports and recommendations for optimisationin real time. Budget & Vendor Management: Manage field/areamarketing budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources, managing all spend responsibly.As a team player, you will coordinate external agencies, event suppliers, venues, and marketing partners.As a leader, you willensure activities are delivered on time, within budget andin accordance withprocurement processes. Qualifications *Must be located on the East Coast, EST Ideallyeducated to bachelor’s degree level or holds a professional qualification. 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, field marketing, demand generation, or integrated marketing. Experience within technology consulting, digital services, IT services, SaaS, or professional services is highly desirable. Proven experience managing integrated marketing campaigns and executive-level events. Strong project management and stakeholder management skills. Experience working closely with sales teams to support pipeline generation. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical mindset with experience using campaign performance metrics to drive decisions. Ability to manage multiple priorities across different regions and stakeholders. Preferred Experience Experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs. Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot, or similar). Experience working within a global matrix organisation. Knowledge of the digital transformation, cloud, AI, software engineering, or consulting markets. Experience managing external agencies and strategic partnerships. Strong relationship-management skills. Strong and effective communicator. Very strong EQ, with fine-tuned instincts and problem-solving skills. Demonstrates sound, consistent, trusted judgment. Comfortable with high volume and very fast-paced workload. Able to switch between strategic and tactical work. Effective team worker and considers success to be delivered through collaboration with and through others across the Endava business Excellent spoken and written English language A thorough understanding of the English language and able competently and confidently conduct oral and written business communications to the highest level. This role will include and require a level of travel to execute key marketing events and initiatives where clients are located.
