Podiatrist (General or Surgical) – Practice Ownership Track
Syracuse, New York
Full-Time, Permanent
A premier opportunity has opened for an entrepreneurial podiatrist to launch and lead a brand-new practice in Syracuse, NY. Backed by 100% startup financing from an experienced podiatrist who recently sold a major practice, this role offers full operational backing alongside a clear pathway to complete practice ownership.

Position Highlights & Clinical Role
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Call: None
Patient Volume: Projected ~25 patients per day (general podiatry)
Scope: Open to general podiatry or surgical podiatry candidates
Surgical Access: Procedures performed at nearby local surgery centers and hospitals
EMR Systems: Practice Fusion and MEDENT

Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: Guaranteed annual base
Incentives: Bonus structure based on collections
Ownership: Direct track to complete practice ownership with zero personal financial risk at launch

Requirements
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Podiatry (DPM)
5+ years of post-training clinical experience preferred
Strong business acumen and leadership mindset
Active or eligible for New York State medical licensure
Note: Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
