Job Description Job Description Bilingual Bookkeeper / Office Manager -LOCATION: Camarillo, CA | On-Site -PAY: $26-30/hour -HOURS: PART-TIME (20 HOURS A WEEK) -THE ROLE: A well-established agricultural company in Camarillo is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Bilingual Bookkeeper / Office Manager to support daily office operations, bookkeeping functions, and payroll processing. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced office environment and can effectively manage multiple administrative and accounting responsibilities while maintaining accuracy and organization. -Responsibilities: • Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks • Process payroll accurately and on schedule • Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable • Maintain financial records and assist with bookkeeping functions • Utilize QuickBooks for data entry, reporting, and account management • Answer phones, manage correspondence, and provide office support • Maintain organized filing systems and office documentation • Support management with reporting and general office coordination ***Please send resume to Veronica Vasquez-Gomez at AppleOne Ventura.
