Sign-on Bonus up to $100,000 Plus Location Bonus up to 25%. VFR Medical Pilot to join our mission-driven team. Operating under CAMTS guidelines to provide life-saving medical transport services. You will play a vital role in ensuring safe and efficient patient transport while upholding the highest standards of safety and professionalism.

Aircraft: BH407 VFR/NVG (Instrument rating required)

Operations: 24-hour operations with day/night rotation

Location & Schedule: Red Bluff, CA. 7 & 7 schedule (base schedule day of week may vary, schedule changes may be required). Must live within a 1-hour commute from the base.

Compensation and Benefits: Sign-on Bonus up to $100,000. Relocation Bonus up to 25%. Salary $105,073 - $112,312. Full benefits package. This package includes shift bonuses, shift incentives, Annual Safety Bonus, Annual Employee Bonus, and much more!

Additional Information: Relocation package available with a 2-year minimum service requirement per CBA if utilized. If an aircraft transition is required, a 1-year minimum service requirement per CBA applies. Housing is not provided.

Requirements:

• Commercial and Instrument Helicopter Ratings
• First Class Medical
• CAMTS Requirement // 2,000 Total Hours // 1,500 Hours Helicopter // 1,000 Hours PIC Helicopters // 500 Hours Turbine Helicopters // 100 Hours in Unaided Night Operations or 50 Hours Unaided and 100 Hours Night Vision Goggles (NVG)
• Candidates must meet 235 pounds body weight
• Strong Communication, Internal and External Customer Service Skills
• Interview and acceptance by customer and management
• Annual Flu Vaccine not required
• Must be able to pass pre-placement physical exam including functional capacity exam (strength and flexibility assessment, lift 100 pounds to assist in the loading and unloading of patients and equipment.), drug screening and background screen.
• Demonstrated Internal and External Customer Service skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
