Position Summary The Desktop Support Specialist works as part of the IT Desktop Support team to provide customer-focused technical support to F5 employees. In this role, you will be responsible for the setup, deployment, and troubleshooting of Windows 11, macOS, and mobile devices, as well as printers, conferencing gear, WIFI, LAN and tools like Zoom. You will work with asset management systems using ServiceNow and gain hands-on experience with Azure for managing user and computer accounts. This position is based in S eattle, WA .
