Sales Platform Administrator

Chameleon Technologies is partnering with a well-established organization in the greater Seattle area to identify a Senior Sales Platform Administrator for a full-time, direct-hire opportunity. Location: Greater Seattle Area What You’ll Do Administer and support enterprise sales platforms, including system configuration, user accounts, roles, permissions, security, and access. Manage user onboarding, offboarding, license administration, and organizational changes. Troubleshoot platform issues and provide day-to-day support to business users. Support data migrations, validation, reconciliation, and integration activities. Coordinate platform releases, upgrades, testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Partner with external vendors and internal technology teams to troubleshoot issues and maintain integrations. Maintain platform documentation, procedures, training materials, and knowledge resources. Support security, access reviews, audit, and compliance requirements. Build strong relationships between IT and business teams and serve as a trusted technology partner to the sales organization. Technology Environment The platform portfolio includes Salesforce, Applied Epic, Genesys Cloud CX, TurboRater, DocuSign, Sabre, and Performio , along with other business applications. What We’re Looking For 4+ years of experience administering or supporting enterprise applications or business platforms. Experience with user access, permissions, security, configuration, and application troubleshooting. Experience working with software vendors and supporting business users. Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Associate degree in IT, Business, or a related field, or equivalent education and experience. Preferred: Experience with Applied Epic, Salesforce, Genesys Cloud CX, insurance or sales technology, system integrations, or data migrations. Salesforce Administrator, Genesys, or ITIL certifications are a plus.
