Benefits Starting pay of $25.00/hour Consistent Monday through Friday schedule Weekends off Medical & dental insurance Paid time off 401(k) retirement plan Professional development opportunities Supportive leadership team Career advancement with a growing national security franchise Minimum Qualifications Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record At least 21 years of age Professional appearance with excellent communication and relationship‑building skills Strong organizational and time management abilities Comfortable with in‑person prospecting, networking, and business development Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook Ability to pass a background investigation in accordance with applicable laws Previous sales, customer service, or business development experience preferred Responsibilities Conduct daily in‑person prospecting with a goal of approximately 30 business visits to generate new leads. Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients through consistent follow‑up and professional communication. Qualify leads by asking thoughtful questions to understand each client's security needs and recommend appropriate solutions. Prepare, coordinate, and follow up on proposals to move opportunities through the sales process. Maintain accurate records of prospecting activities, client interactions, and sales opportunities using company systems. Monitor local business activity, including construction projects, new developments, leasing activity, and community events, to identify potential clients. Partner with Operations leadership to ensure a smooth transition from signed agreement to service implementation. Adapt communication style to effectively connect with a variety of clients and decision‑makers. Demonstrate persistence and professionalism by consistently following up with prospects, understanding that sales opportunities may develop over weeks or months. What Makes Signal Different?
