Talent Acquisition & HR Operations Specialist (Onsite)

Location: East Windsor, New Jersey (Onsite) Experience: 3–5 Years Reporting To: HR Business Partner- North America Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Specialist to support both Talent Acquisition and HR Operations functions within a regulated pharmaceutical environment. This role is evenly split between recruiting top talent and ensuring efficient day-to-day HR administration and employee support. The ideal candidate is organized, people-focused, and experienced in full-cycle recruitment as well as HR processes, compliance, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management. Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition (50%) Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruiting strategies Post job openings on job boards, social media, and internal platforms Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, and other channels Conduct phone screens and coordinate interview schedules Maintain candidate pipelines and provide regular recruitment updates to stakeholders Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process Support pre-employment processes including background checks and reference checks Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and hiring trends Support employer branding and campus/community recruiting initiatives HR Operations (50%) Administer onboarding and offboarding processes Maintain employee records and HRIS data accuracy Support employee benefits administration and employee inquiries Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies Support employee engagement initiatives Prepare HR reports, audits, and compliance documentation Assist with policy updates, handbook maintenance, and HR communications Coordinate employee training and development activities #J-18808-Ljbffr
