Duties

Typical duties include, but are not limited to:

• Conducts continuing and periodic studies involving compilation and analysis of data for purpose of evaluating the effectiveness of the District Office and District Regional Office (RO) operations, identifying areas requiring improvement, and recommending procedures or methods for more efficient operations and production.
• Prepares graphs, charts and other audio-visual displays depicting program information and statistics for use in training, management briefings, and information dissemination activities both within and outside of District.
• Conducts management audits, surveys, and systematic reviews of operations in order to insure that established policies, practices and procedures are effectively implemented.
• Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates reports and statistics in order to advise on trends, out of line situations, and anticipated needs.
• Performs work involving the collection, compilation, and/or tracking of data and statistical information in support of the District.
• Prepares annual phased plan to show project monthly expenditures and reimbursables. Compares current estimates with ongoing expenditures on a continuing basis.
• Controls, coordinates, analyzes, validates, and participates in the preparation of District Systematic Analysis of Operations (SAOs).

Work Schedule: Fulltime, Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm

Telework: This position is eligible for situational (ad hoc) telework only. The selectee is required to report to the official duty station each scheduled workday. Telework may be approved only on a case-by-case basis with supervisory approval. Routine or recurring telework is not authorized for this position.
