We are proud to be: ✔ BHCOE Accredited ✔ ACE Provider ✔ CASP Member ✔ Inc. 5000 Recognized What We Offer Flexible Remote Work Full-time remote position Monthly company-paid travel to our service region for supervision and team collaboration Flexible scheduling that supports work-life balance Competitive Compensation & Benefits Salary: $83,000 – $85,000 Performance-based bonus opportunities Company-subsidized medical benefits PTO and paid holidays 401(k) with employer contributions Professional Growth $1,000 annual CEU, licensure, and conference stipend Ongoing mentorship and clinical support Leadership development opportunities Access to clinical tools, assessments, and resources Technology Provided Company-issued MacBook Company-issued iPhone What You'll Do As a BCBA with Behavioral Framework, you will: Provide approximately 32 clinical hours weekly, including supervision, treatment planning, and parent training Manage a diverse caseload across ages, skill levels, and funding sources Supervise and mentor Behavior Technicians to ensure high-quality service delivery Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment programs Conduct ongoing assessments including VB-MAPP, ABLLS, AFLS, and other clinical evaluations Analyze client progress data and make evidence-based treatment recommendations Complete treatment plan updates and clinical documentation in accordance with payer requirements Partner with families to support meaningful and sustainable outcomes Foster a positive, collaborative environment for clients and staff Travel monthly for in-person supervision, clinical meetings, and team collaboration What We're Looking For ✔ BCBA certification in good standing ✔ Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field ✔ Experience conducting assessments including VB-MAPP, ABLLS, AFLS, and Functional Behavior Assessments ✔ Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills ✔ Ability to collaborate effectively with individuals from diverse cultural and professional backgrounds ✔ Passion for delivering high-quality, family-centered ABA services Why Clinicians Choose Behavioral Framework We know your expertise is best spent supporting clients—not chasing authorizations, scheduling appointments, or managing administrative burdens.
