Flexicrew Technical Services (FTS) is seeking a Bilingual Payroll Specialist to support payroll operations for a maritime company. This full-time (40 hours/week) position is ideal for a highly detail-oriented professional who excels at payroll accuracy, timekeeping, and employee support. The Payroll Specialist will be responsible for collecting, reviewing, and entering employee hours, ensuring payroll accuracy, and serving as a resource for both English- and Spanish-speaking employees.

Essential Duties:

• Collect, review, and verify employee time records for accuracy each pay period.
• Enter employee hours into ADP payroll system accurately and in a timely manner.
• Investigate and resolve timekeeping discrepancies by communicating with supervisors and employees.
• Maintain accurate payroll records and documentation.
• Ensure payroll deadlines are consistently met.
• Assist employees with payroll-related questions and concerns.
• Communicate effectively with both English- and Spanish-speaking employees regarding payroll and timekeeping matters.
• Maintain confidentiality of payroll and employee information.
• Support compliance with company policies and applicable payroll regulations.
• Perform other payroll-related administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements/Skills:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Previous payroll, timekeeping, or payroll administration experience required.
• Experience with ADP or similar payroll software preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to sit for extended periods while working on a computer.
• Ability to use standard office equipment, including computers, printers, and telephones.
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to communicate effectively with employees in both office and operational environments.
