Job Opportunity: Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
We are looking for a dedicated and empathetic Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team. This position is based on-site and involves providing direct occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver hands-on occupational therapy interventions aimed at enhancing residents' independence and safety.
- Implement individualized care plans and monitor patient progress.
- Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
- Educate both residents and their families about therapy processes and goals.
- Certification as an Occupational Therapy Assistant.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A genuine passion for improving the quality of life for seniors.
This role requires working directly with seniors in a supportive and nurturing environment, fostering a culture of compassion and dedication.
