Client Success Manager II

Seeking a Client Success Manager II with a utility background, this full-time remote position will manage client relationships, ensure service delivery, and drive successful outcomes for a portfolio of utility clients utilizing VXcis solutions. Key responsibilities Manage a portfolio of strategic utility clients and build trusted advisor relationships with stakeholders Lead support teams and 3rd parties to ensure effective delivery of managed services and monitor service performance against SLAs Serve as a key escalation resource for service incidents, coordinating communication and issue resolution between clients and delivery teams Required qualifications 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Client Services, or Service Delivery 3-5+ years supporting utility clients with knowledge of CIS, utility billing, and meter-to-cash processes Strong understanding of managed services delivery and service-level agreements Experience managing complex customer relationships and resolving escalated issues Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and customer success platforms
