As a Client Retention Specialist, you’ll play a key role in strengthening client relationships, improving retention, and helping customers find the right coverage solutions in a fast‑paced environment. What You’ll Do Build strong relationships through inbound and outbound interactions to enhance client retention Educate clients on coverages, policy changes, and tailored insurance solutions Identify at‑risk policies and proactively recommend options to prevent cancellations or non‑renewals Assist clients in reviewing, modifying, or rewriting policies to meet evolving needs Shop and compare coverage options across carriers to deliver the best solutions Meet retention goals while maintaining accurate documentation and high‑quality service standards What You Bring High school diploma required 3+ years of experience in customer service or retention‑focused roles 3+ years of experience in Property & Casualty homeowners insurance Active 20‑44 or 2‑20 insurance license Strong knowledge of personal lines insurance products Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment Desire to live Slide's Core Values What Slide Offers To You The Slide Vibe - An opportunity to be a part of a fun and innovation‑driven culture fueled by Passion, Purpose and Technology!
