Job Details Job Location: Program Services - Orlando, FL 32804 Position Type: Full Time Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree - 4 Years Salary Range: $55,000.00 – $60,000.00 Job Category: Other Qualifications Education Degree in Visual Disabilities, Secondary or Special Education, Rehabilitation Counseling, Human/Social Services, or related field. Master’s Degree preferred. Experience Two years of experience in vision rehabilitation preferred. Familiarity with blindness and/or broader disabilities issues is a plus. License/Certification Certified Vision Rehabilitation Therapist (CVRT). Additional Helpful Certifications COMS, TSVI, CATIS, CLVT, DBS Access Technology Endorsement. Demonstrated Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Proficiency with assistive technology and compensatory skills. Possess a working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook. Possess effective organizational and time management skills with attention to detail. Ability to project a positive, compassionate image to clients, co‑workers and the public. Physical Demands Independently navigate the work environment and the LCF service community. Moderate ability to move and lift items, usually ranging up to 25 lbs. Prolonged standing on occasion.
