Client Advisor - Neiman Marcus

Summary Serve as a brand ambassador on the sales floor, delivering an exceptional luxury client experience while driving individual and team sales. Build and maintain long-term client relationships through personalized service, CRM outreach, and an omnichannel mindset. Support store standards including visual presentation, stock procedures, and loss-prevention. Responsibilities Create a welcoming environment and deliver excellent in-store service following the client journey. Capture and maintain client data in the CRM to develop personalized relationships and follow-up opportunities. Promote an omnichannel approach and collaborate with other departments to maximize sales. Achieve individual sales targets and KPIs through cross-selling and proactive engagement. Maintain shop floor standards and visual displays in accordance with operational guidelines. Handle customer complaints professionally and elevate to the line manager when needed. Contribute to loss-prevention and ensure a high level of security awareness. Requirements Passion for retail and selling in a luxury environment. Interest in fashion, art, and design with product category knowledge. Experience building long-lasting client relationships and using CRM tools. Ability to work independently and as part of a team with strong interpersonal skills. Ambition, resilience, self-motivation, and a results-driven mindset.
