The Opportunity As a Field Expert Masterclass Facilitator, you\'ll lead hands-on group sessions introducing students to your field. You\'ll cover key topics, career pathways, and a practical field challenge, giving students a real taste of what professionals in your area actually do. Who We're Looking For A working professional with a degree from a Top 30 U.S. university (strongly preferred) At least 3 years of active, hands-on experience in your field — we\'re looking for practitioners who are genuinely immersed in their work, not just familiar with it. Candidates who have recently transitioned out of the field may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Deep expertise in one or more of our program fields: Life Sciences & Biotech, Environmental & Earth Sciences, Engineering & Innovation, Computer Science & AI, Business & Entrepreneurship, Law & Government, Psychology & Social Sciences, Creative Arts & Design, Media & Communication, or Literature & Writing Experience managing projects or guiding others through a structured process Genuine enthusiasm for working with young people and supporting their development Time Commitment Each masterclass runs 1.5 hours and is delivered twice to accommodate different time zones. Facilitators commit to approximately 3 masterclass topics per year, meaning roughly 6 live sessions annually. Scheduling is coordinated in advance and fully remote.
