Residential Construction Superintendent

Rothrock Construction is a Design & Build firm located in Jupiter, FL. We are looking to hire an experienced Superintendent who has a background working in custom homes. Our preferred candidate will have the drive & grit in the field while maintaining patience and protecting our clients' privacy.

The Superintendent is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all activities at a construction site in accordance with project blueprints and schedules. Their duties include coordinating subcontractors, performing quality control and safety checks and providing on-site direction when preparing construction sites.

• Maintain a daily log for the job site's operations, reporting to the Project Manager as necessary. Daily logs are entered into BuilderTrend software.
• Create and submit weekly progress report to the Project Manager each Wednesday.
• Upkeep construction schedule changes daily.
• Time track jobsites via Buildertrend
• Make changes in the operation as necessary to best meet construction deadlines.
• Maintain updated plans onsite.
• Check in with the Construction Manager regarding jobsite progress and questions.
• Maintain and safe and clean jobsite at all time.

Salary will be negotiable based on experience in custom home building. xhyhwjd Must be available to work every other Saturday.
