What You’ll Do: Greet customers and create a welcoming service experience Listen to customer concerns and clearly communicate repair recommendations Schedule service appointments and manage vehicle flow Keep customers updated throughout the repair process Work closely with technicians to ensure timely and accurate repairs Help deliver a concierge-level customer experience from start to finish Build long-term relationships with customers through trust and communication What We’re Looking For: Previous automotive service advisor experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Positive attitude and team-first mentality Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Automate, Reynolds & Reynolds, CDK, or dealership software experience is a plus Someone who genuinely enjoys helping people Why Lunghamer?
