Primary Care Physician Opportunity
We are currently looking for a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Primary Care Physician to join our expanding primary care team in the Philadelphia area. This role is designed to enhance access to primary care services within our community-focused health system.
Practice Overview- Established Practice: Join a well-regarded primary care practice with high demand.
- Immediate Patient Volume: Start seeing patients right away.
- Outpatient Focus: Enjoy a 100% outpatient environment with no inpatient duties.
- Collaborative Care Model: Work alongside advanced practice providers and support staff.
- Integrated Technology: Utilize Epic EMR for streamlined patient management.
- Strong Referral Network: Benefit from a robust referral system within our organization.
- MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
- Eligibility for licensure in Pennsylvania.
- Dedication to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.
- Deliver comprehensive primary care services to patients.
- Diagnose and manage both acute and chronic health conditions.
- Focus on preventive care and effective population health management.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes.
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation of patient interactions.
- Engage in quality improvement and performance enhancement initiatives.
- Full-time outpatient schedule with 34 patient-facing hours.
- Flexible scheduling options to accommodate work-life balance.
- Minimal call responsibilities, with a phone-only schedule of 1:6.
