Location: Colorado Springs, CO
Pay Rate: $25/hr
Employment Type: Contingent with potential pathway for hire
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

What You'll Do

• Perform venipuncture and capillary collections for patients of all ages, including pediatric and geriatric populations
• Accurately label, process, and prepare specimens for laboratory testing
• Verify patient identification and maintain proper documentation in compliance with procedures
• Maintain a safe, clean, and professional environment
• Deliver excellent customer service while fostering a positive patient experience
• Support multiple locations as needed based on business demands

What We're Looking For

• A current, up-to-date resume
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1–3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Experience in a Patient Service Center environment preferred
• Keyboard/data entry proficiency
• Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel between locations as needed
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume setting
• Ability to meet compliance requirements
