What You Will Need to Succeed Bachelor’s degree preferred, or minimum one year of experience in insurance agency specializing in employee benefits, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Life, Accident and Health insurance license preferred or willing to obtain upon hire. Demonstrated proficiency in professional verbal and written communication. Knowledgeable about insurance products, markets, sales processes, and workflow procedures. Team player mentality, delegating effectively and fostering trust among colleagues. Proficiency in technical skills, including Microsoft Office suite and agency automation systems (e.g., EPIC).
