About the Opportunity

We are seeking motivated and energetic Telesales Representatives to join a growing team. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy speaking with people, building relationships, and working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.

The position focuses on connecting with business owners and decision-makers nationwide to discuss advertising and promotional partnership opportunities. This is a high-volume outbound calling role where success comes from strong communication skills, persistence, and the ability to build rapport quickly.

Responsibilities

• Make 100+ outbound calls daily to businesses across the United States
• Introduce advertising and marketing partnership opportunities to business owners and managers
• Build relationships with key decision-makers
• Handle objections professionally and confidently
• Secure participation agreements and achieve daily performance goals
• Maintain accurate records of conversations and activities within CRM systems
• Follow up with previous contacts and prospective partners
• Meet productivity and quality expectations in a metrics-driven environment

Qualifications

• Previous experience in outbound calling, telesales, inside sales, call center, customer service, collections, or a similar role
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls
• Ability to overcome objections and handle rejection professionally
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and remain productive in a goal-oriented environment

Compensation

• $20/hour: Less than 6 months of relevant experience
• $21-$22/hour: 1-2 years of relevant experience
• $23-$24/hour: 2+ years of recent outbound calling, telesales, collections, or high-volume call center experience

Schedule

• Monday-Friday
• 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
• 30-minute lunch break and two 15-minute breaks

Training & Development

• Structured onboarding and call-shadowing program
• Hands-on training before handling calls independently
• Ongoing coaching and support from experienced team leaders

Work Environment

• Collaborative and team-oriented office environment
• Fully onsite during training and onboarding
• Hybrid schedule available after approximately 4-6 weeks based on performance and attendance
• Eligible employees may work remotely on Wednesdays and Fridays
• Employees working remotely must provide their own compatible equipment
