The Outbound Sales Representative role is an exciting opportunity for a salesperson that has previous experience in proactive phone sales environment. This role is ideal for someone with high energy, a competitive spirit, great relationship-building and communication skills. Come be a part of a very fast-paced and high-performing team! Qualified candidates must be able to work a hybrid schedule at our Bloomington, MN office.

Role Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Industrial Air Filtration Aftermarket sales of filters for assigned geographic territories.
• Develop and maintain relationships with current and potential customers within assigned territories to achieve sales goals and overall customer contacts.
• Resolve customer issues/problems, research and make recommendations for potential product enhancements or modifications to increase sales.
• Acquire knowledge of Industrial Air Filtration technology, applications, and operation of equipment necessary to assist customers and drive sales.
• Maintain customer database (CRM) by recording phone calls, quotes, opportunities, and other sales activities.

Travel: Up to 15% within assigned territory

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma
• 1+ years of experience in sales or a customer-facing role involving proactive communication, relationship building, and/or achievement of performance objectives
• Experience using CRM software

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Proactive telephonic sales experience
• Experience using Microsoft Dynamics CRM
• Competitive Self-Starter
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Prior experience selling into an industrial arena
• Any dust collection knowledge is a plus

Relocation: This position is not eligible for relocation assistance.

Annual Salary Range: $45,000 $60,000. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors including, but not limited to applicable work experience, training, education, and performance. Based on work location, geographic adjustment is included.

This position is eligible for sales incentive or commission plan, based on sales targets under company policy.
