Job Description: Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner CT Surgery - Provo, UT When you join us, you'll become a part of a nationally recognized health system dedicated to our mission of "helping people live the healthiest lives possible." About this role: As an Advanced Practice Provider in CT Surgery you'll work with 4 CT Surgeons, and 4 other Advanced Practitioners to provide top-notch care and patient experience. Throughout the day you'll collaborate with Cardiologists in mostly an inpatient and OR setting. You would practice at Intermountain Health Utah Valley Hospital in Provo, UT Your schedule will be Mon-Fri with 1:4 paid call Call is one week at a time to include rounding on the weekends Much of your time will be in the OR, and rounding in the hospital and ICU We have a dedicated APP for the clinic, so time in the clinic is limited to maybe 1x/month Assist surgeons in performing procedures during surgery Perform Radial Artery and Saphenous vein harvesting How we'll support you: We care about your well-being which is why we provide our caregivers a generous benefits package. But we also expect excellence, which is why we require: Graduate from an accredited Physician assistant or Nurse Practitioner program Unrestricted Licensed as PA or NP in the state of UT, or able to obtain BLS, ACLS, and DEA 2 years of PA or NP experience in CT surgery with first assist highly desired.
