Partnership Tax Senior Manager — Strategy & Growth Lead

BDO USA is seeking a Tax Senior Manager specializing in Partnerships to advise clients on partnership tax implications, including 704(b) items, allocations, and TRA calculations. This role participates in business development, drives process improvements, and mentors staff within the Partnerships leadership team. The position requires extensive experience in partnership taxation, supervision of junior staff, and strong client relationship skills.
