Complex Commercial Litigation Associate

We are partnering with a growing, a full-service, award winning law firm in Florida. They are currently seeking Complex Commercial Litigation Attorney to join their team. Specifically, they are looking for someone with 2+ years of experience, ideally with prior Corporate Defense work. Qualifications: 2+ years of commercial litigation experience Prior experience in one of these areas; Healthcare, Class Actions, Sports/Entertainment, Labor & Employment JD + active bar in Florida Excellent law school credentials, including law review Strong interpersonal skills with excellent oral and written communication preferred Responsibility: Represent clients in complex commercial litigation matters, including contract disputes, business torts, and corporate governance issues Manage cases from inception through trial, including pre-litigation strategy, discovery, motion practice, settlement negotiations, and trial preparation Provide strategic legal advice to clients, ensuring the best possible outcomes in business disputes Collaborate with attorneys across multiple practice areas to provide comprehensive legal solutions to clients The annual salary for this position is between 150k-250k. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
