Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney

Foreman Friedman is hiring a commercial litigation associate for its Miami office. This attorney will take meaningful responsibility for state and federal cases involving contract disputes, business torts, construction claims, class actions, securities matters, insurance coverage, employment litigation, and other complex commercial matters. About the Role Our associates work directly with partners and clients ranging from local businesses and entrepreneurs to major insurers and Fortune 500 companies. This is an opportunity to manage cases, take depositions, argue motions, develop strategy, communicate directly with clients, and build meaningful trial experience. Responsibilities Manage cases Argue motions Communicate directly with clients Build meaningful trial experience Qualifications At least two years of litigation experience Required Skills Sound judgment Ability to move cases forward independently Preferred Skills Experience in complex commercial matters Pay range and compensation package Salary: $110,000–$150,000, depending on experience.
