Commercial Litigation Associate
Location: Miami, FL (Hybrid)
Experience: 5–7 years

Our client, a highly regarded law firm, is seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate with 5–7 years of experience to join its Miami office. This is an excellent opportunity to work on sophisticated, high-stakes litigation matters across both state and federal courts while taking on significant responsibility and direct client interaction.

What You’ll Work On:

• Handling complex commercial litigation matters from inception through trial
• Litigating sophisticated disputes, including antitrust and class action matters
• Managing discovery, depositions, and motion practice
• Drafting briefs, pleadings, and other court filings
• Participating in hearings, court appearances, and trial preparation
• Working directly with clients and litigation teams on case strategy

What We’re Looking For:

• 5–7 years of commercial litigation experience
• Strong state and federal court litigation experience
• Background handling sophisticated commercial disputes, including class actions or antitrust matters preferred
• Ability to independently advance and manage cases
• Excellent legal research, writing, and advocacy skills
• Strong academic credentials
• JD from an ABA-accredited law school
• Active Florida Bar admission required
• Admission to the Southern District of Florida preferred
