\nAbout the Company
\n \n \nForeman Friedman is hiring an experienced litigation associate for its Miami office. This attorney will take meaningful responsibility for federal and state cases involving maritime and admiralty claims, personal injury defense, negligent security, medical negligence, and other complex civil matters. Our associates work directly with partners and sophisticated institutional clients, including major cruise and shipping lines, international insurers, P&I clubs, and companies in the travel and hospitality industries.

\n \n \nThis is an opportunity to manage cases, take depositions, argue motions, develop strategy, and build real courtroom experience.

Qualifications

- Florida attorney \n
- At least three years of litigation experience \n

Pay range and compensation package
\n \n \nSalary: $110,000–$150,000, depending on experience.
