Litigation Associate

\nSalary: $190,000 to $220,000 annually
\n \nA respected litigation firm in Miami is seeking a Litigation Associate with 3-6 years of experience to join its growing team. This role offers the opportunity to work on a mix of business and commercial disputes, product liability matters, and other complex civil litigation. The ideal candidate is a motivated attorney who enjoys hands‑on case work, courtroom exposure, and collaborating with experienced trial lawyers.
\n \nResponsibilities
\n• Handle a variety of business litigation and product liability matters
\n• Draft motions, pleadings, discovery responses, and legal memoranda
\n• Conduct depositions of parties, witnesses, and experts
\n• Attend court hearings, mediations, and case management conferences
\n• Manage discovery, including document review, analysis, and strategy
\n• Work directly with clients, insurers, and experts
\n• Assist with trial preparation, including exhibits, witness outlines, and case strategy
\n• Research complex legal issues and collaborate with partners on case development
\n• Maintain organized case files and manage deadlines across multiple matters
\n \nQualifications
\n• 3–6 years of litigation experience in a law firm setting
\n• Background in business litigation or product liability required
\n• Experience attending hearings and taking depositions
\n• Strong writing, research, and analytical skills
\n• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
\n• Superior academic credentials
\n• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines
\n• Florida Bar admission required
