This associate position will be responsible for handle a diverse caseload involving all facets of estate planning, probate litigation, and guardianship administration. This position demands a deep understanding of Florida guardianship and probate laws, and the ability to manage complex cases with precision and client-focused sensitivity. The ideal candidate will possess strong litigation skills and a thorough knowledge of estate planning strategies. Qualifications: Jurisdoctor from an accredited law school and admission to the Florida Bar. Must have a minimum of 3 years litigation experience in Estate Planning, Probate Litigation, and Guardinship administration.
