This opportunity is ideal for an attorney seeking hands-on litigation experience in a collaborative and collegial environment. Position Overview The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of litigation experience , a strong interest in litigation, and excellent legal writing skills. Experience with courtroom appearances, depositions, written discovery, and dispositive motion practice is preferred but not required. Federal court experience is a significant plus .
