Warehouse Manager – Full Time

Travel: < 15%

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Warehouse Manager to oversee all warehouse operations for a growing electrical company based in Bethlehem, PA. This full-time role is responsible for managing logistics, inventory control, tool fleet operations, and facility oversight while supporting multiple active job sites across several states.

The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing fast-paced operations in the electrical construction industry. An electrical background is strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, shipping, receiving, and material handling
• Manage company inventory, stock levels, and material tracking
• Coordinate logistics and deliveries to multiple job sites in various states
• Maintain and manage company tool fleet, including tracking, repairs, and organization
• Supervise warehouse personnel and ensure operational efficiency
• Maintain warehouse facilities, organization, cleanliness, and safety compliance
• Coordinate with project managers, field supervisors, and vendors
• Ensure accurate documentation, reporting, and inventory systems management
• Assist with procurement and vendor coordination as needed
• Support fleet and equipment readiness for field operations

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse management experience required
• Electrical industry or construction experience preferred
• Strong understanding of logistics and inventory management
• Experience managing tools, equipment, and material distribution
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Proficient with inventory software and Microsoft Office
• Valid driver’s license required
• CDL Medical Card preferred
