Senior Director Finance

Overview

Senior Director of Finance at a high-growth, publicly traded company. This role drives the financial strategy and long-term planning for the global enterprise and is highly visible to the C-suite and executive leadership. The candidate will come from a matrixed organization with 10+ years of finance experience, preferably within a manufacturing or services-based industry.

This role is based in the Twin Cities. Applicants must currently reside in Minnesota or plan to relocate to Minnesota in the near future.

Responsibilities

• Drive the financial strategy and long-term planning for this global enterprise
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of talented finance professionals
• Be a key member of the leadership team, providing operational insights and strategic planning advice
• Establish and maintain consistent financial planning standards
• Manage the annual planning process across the organization
• Partner with global finance leaders and executives to develop plans that support company objectives and guide resource allocation decisions for future growth
• Continuously look for ways to improve processes and lead projects that increase the efficiency of financial planning

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
• 10+ years of finance experience in a matrixed organization
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or services-based industry (preferred)

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary Range: $200,000–$240,000

Actual base salary will be determined based on an individual's experience, skills, education, certifications, credentials, and other factors relevant to the position.
